"These guys are the real deal. They catered a friend’s wedding over the weekend. I kid you not - the best food I have ever had at a wedding by a landslide. Not only were they able to cook up the bride’s freshly caught salmon and find a way to tie it into the dish, but every dish was made with care. 100% the real deal - I just wish that I could find a caterer half as good as these guys for my wedding someday. Highly, highly, recommend and I cannot stress that enough."
"Best wedding food I have ever had, hands down!! It was amazing Jonathan was willing to cook the Bride's fresh caught salmon. He also made a chicken Alfredo dish with a perfectly made Alfredo sauce - cheese sauces are notoriously difficult and he nailed it! Jonathan is extremely organized and professional and I fully recommend him for your event!"
"Jonathan catered our son’s rehearsal dinner and everything was outstanding. We were coming from Arizona and, from the first contact on, Jonathan was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. Everyone who attended agreed that the taco bar was excellent as was he and his wife’s service. I would recommend him for any event!"

Our Story

Our Chef

Jonathan Watson has worked in the kitchen industry for the last 17 years. His lifelong passion has been driven by a persistent curiosity for crafting exceptional food. Initially pursuing higher education, he ultimately chose to leave college to immerse himself in the culinary world, beginning an apprenticeship with his first mentor. This partnership resulted in the successful launch of three bakeries. Having mastered the art of baking, he transitioned to fine dining, joining one of the area's most acclaimed restaurants. In this role, he meticulously prepared pastas, breads, and stocks from scratch daily, and managed the preparation of fresh ingredients, including live fish and custom-cut steaks. His dedication to both his craft and the natural world led him to travel extensively, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in kitchens across various states. After years of overseeing kitchen operations, he has settled in Alaska as the Head Chef at the local senior center.
